Clean Toronto Together

The 6ème, 5ème and 4ème students were part of the clean-up day in our beautiful city of Toronto this morning. No less than 30 bags of garbage were collected in the streets around our school. This was a very positive experience for the community and it reinforces the students' environmental awareness and sensitizes them to waste management.

Since 2004, the City of Toronto has held a city-wide spring cleanup weekend that brings together Toronto residents and community groups, schools, businesses and City staff to help clean litter from our public spaces, including parks, beaches and schoolyards. Toronto’s spring cleanup is the largest municipal cleanup in Canada.
