Science Festival at LFT
In collaboration with the French Consulate in Toronto, the Science Festival on the theme of climate awareness took place from November 21 to 27 at LFT.
The week's program includes guided tours of the Royal Ontario Museum to discover art through the perspective of climate change and science, activities at the BCDI and film screenings.
The students were not only made more aware of the threats of climate change, but also enlightened on the solutions that exist to repair the world (Vivre en Grand - Bigger than Us by Flore Vasseur), to rethink social and environmental agriculture (Humus by Carole Poliquin), and to rethink the relationship between humans and the natural environment (Animal by Cyril Dion).
Crucial insights for our students to become compassionate thinkers and innovators in an ever-changing world.
