Support to learning

Every student deserves to feel capable, supported, and understood.

We believe

in inclusion, differentiation, and personalised support. Our teams work together to ensure each child can thrive.

Inclusion & diverse learning needs

A community where every child feels seen, valued, and included.

Our school celebrates the diversity of its families and promotes an inclusive environment through:

    Welcoming Diversity

Students come from many nationalities, cultures, and languages. This multicultural richness is part of our identity.

      Positive behaviour & wellbeing

We prioritise communication, responsibility, and intrinsic motivation over punishment, helping students grow with confidence and empathy.

        Inclusion reference teacher

Our inclusion reference teacher collaborates with teachers across all grades to:

        • coordinate support plans,
        • advise on differentiation strategies,
        • guide families,
        • ensure smooth communication between teams.

This structure ensures that every child, whether they need extension or additional support, feels valued and capable.

          Teacher training

Our staff receive ongoing training in inclusive practices, neurodiversity, and emotional development.

            A climate for learning

Workshops, student-led initiatives, and daily routines help develop:

            • cooperation,
            • emotional regulation,
            • empathy,
            • and mutual respect.

              Language support

              (FLS & ESL)

              FLS (French as Second Language)

For students new to French or still developing foundational skills.

                ESL (English as Second Language)

To help bilingual learners strengthen vocabulary, literacy, and confidence.

These programs help students integrate successfully, no matter their linguistic background.

                    Student well-being and support

Middle and High School students benefit from pastoral support that focuses on:

                    • emotional well-being,
                    • social integration,
                    • conflict resolution,
                    • study habits and organisation,
                    • transitions and identity development.

Pastoral support ensures students grow academically and personally in a safe, caring environment.

                    Counselling & orientation

                    Specialised counsellors assist students with:

                    • academic planning,
                    • course selection,
                    • university guidance (Canada, France, US, UK, Europe),
                    • personal development and well-being.

This guidance becomes especially important during the Empower years.
